Sycamore home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Sycamore fell by $3,030 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,720 - a 2.6% decrease over the $118,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Sycamore in the second half of 2017.
