Finance Chairwoman Killey called the meeting to order at 8:00 PM
Roll call was taken:
Present: Aldermen Dell, Killey & Robinson; City Clerk Ii
Also Present: WSPY Reporter Jim Wyman; Aldermen Chmielewski, Redden & Surratt; Chief Bianchi & Ward 4 Candidate Fred Kreinbrink
Old Business: Alderman Redden questioned the status on the computers purchased by the police department and city hall. He felt that since funds had not been appropriated in the current budget for the purchase, the computers should be returned. Alderman Robinson said the finance committee would approve the purchases because additional costs would be incurred for shipping and restocking fees. The fiscal year ends April 30, 2019.

Adjournment There being no further business to come before the Committee, motion made by Alderman Dell and seconded by Alderman Robinson to adjourn the Finance Committee meeting at 8:15 PM. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.
