City of Sandwich Finance Committee met May 15.

Finance Chairwoman Killey called the meeting to order at 8:05 AM
Roll call was taken:
Present: Aldermen Dell, Killey & Robinson; City Clerk Ii
Also Present: WSPY Reporter Jim Wyman
Review of semi-monthly bills: Bills were reviewed to be submitted for payment approval at the Regular Meeting of April 22nd, 2019.
Old Business: Clerk Ii was asked if the new computers have been installed at City Hall. She said she is entering Day 3 of installation problems specifically having no ability to receive e-mails and other issues. Until her computer is fully installed, installations have halted at City Hall.
New Business: An invoice from Illinois Association Chiefs of Police was resubmitted, and was again rejected by the Committee.

Adjournment There being no further business to come before the Committee, motion made by Alderman Dell and seconded by Alderman Robinson to adjourn the Finance Committee meeting at 8:35 AM. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.
