(1) As of July 1, 2019, the Illinois Energy Conservation Code utilizes the 2018 Edition of the International Energy Conservation Code.
(2) Plan Commission Meeting of December 10, 2019 – A workshop discussion was held regarding possible zoning options and criteria for cannabis establishments. A public hearing before the Plan Commission at the February 11, 2020 regular meeting to discuss zoning text amendments is likely.
(3) Zoning Board of Appeals regular meeting of Tuesday, December 17, 2019 has been canceled.
(4) 2019 Gletty Road Cleanup Project: General discussion.
(5) 2019 Subbasins A & E Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Survey: Final report to be delivered to the City by January 17, 2020.
(6) 2019 NPDES Permit Planning and Sewer Rate Study: EEI presentation before the City Council tentatively scheduled for February 3, 2020.
