Fox Valley Family YMCA West Branch recently issued the following announcement.
n celebration of the American Heart Association’s National Wear Red Day®, we will be hosting our 5th annual “Dance Your Heart Healthy” fitness event. Members and non-members of all fitness levels are welcome to attend – bring your friends! Prizes will be awarded and are sponsored by Second Chance Cardiac Solutions, Inc. The registration fee will be donated entirely to the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women campaign.
Members and non-members of all fitness levels are welcome to attend – bring your friends AND wear red! We will showcase new formats for Zumba® and WERQ®.
