Somonauk (DeKalb County) home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Somonauk in DeKalb County rose by $18,250 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,250 - a 12.4% increase over the $147,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Somonauk in the second half of 2018.
