Sycamore home prices fall in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in Sycamore fell by $42,100 while total sales decreased by 59.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $124,900 - a 25.2% decrease over the $167,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Sycamore in January 2019.

The median sales tax in Sycamore for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $5,014, approximately 4% of the median home sale price for January 2020.
