Dekalb County Board of Review met Jan. 29.

I. Call to order: Meeting called to order at 9:04 am.
II. Roll call: All present.
Ill. Approval of minutes from last meeting: Bob made a motion to approve Jan 22, 2020 meeting minutes. Dan seconds the motion. John abstained. All in favor, motion passed.
IV. Public Comments: None
V. Hearings
a. Board of Review - Board reviewed 10 appeals, heard and made a decision on 6 appeals, approved 1 stipulation and 3 were withdrawn prior to meeting.
VI. Work Load:
a. Review to Approve/ Deny Disabled Person Exemptions: None
b. Review to Approve/ Deny Disabled Veteran Exemptions: None
c. Review to Approve/ Deny Senior Exemptions: None
d. Review to for Recommendation for Non-Homestead Exemptions: None
e. Review of and Prepare for PTAB Appeals:
VII. Other Business: Kevin Schnetzler, Sycamore Township Assessor, came in to inform Board of how he assesses parking lots for future reference.
VIII. Adjournment: Bob moved to adjourn; Dan seconded. All in favor, so moved. Meeting adjourned at 12:16 pm
