Dekalb County Board of Review met Feb. 11.

I. Call to order: Meeting called to order at 9:01 am.
II. Roll call: All present.
Ill. Approval of minutes from last meeting: Bob made a motion to approve Feb 6, 2020 minutes, Dan seconded.
All in favor, motion passes.
IV. Public Comments: None
V. Hearings
a. Board of Review Hearings
i. 2019-BRC-0029 at 9:05 am: Board heard comments from both representing attorneys stating a stipulation was agreed upon. Board made a ·motion to approve the stipulation presented. A second was made. A 2-1 vote was taken moving to approve the stipulation.
ii. 2019-BRC-0227 at 10:30 am: Board heard comments from both representing attorneys stating a stipulation was agreed upon. Board made a motion to approve the stipulation presented. A second was made. All in favor, so moved.
VI. Work Load:
a. Review to Approve / Deny Disabled Person Exemptions: None
b. Review to Approve/ Deny Disabled Veteran Exemptions: None
c. Review to Approve / Deny Senior Exemptions: None
d. Review to for Recommendation for Non-Homestead Exemptions: None
e. Review of and Prepare and Make a Recommendation for PTAB Appeals: Board reviewed and prepared evidence on one PT AB appeal.
