DeKalb home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in DeKalb rose by $53,250 while total sales decreased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,750 - a 44.2% increase over the $120,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in DeKalb in February 2019.

The median sales tax in DeKalb for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,726, approximately 2.7% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
