Public Hearing – Petition by 2411 Sycamore LLC, represented by Jeff Gould of ADA Architects, for approval of a special use permit for a drive-through restaurant with an outdoor seating area and approval of a Final Plan for a proposed Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers Restaurant to be located at 2411 Sycamore Rd.
3. Public Hearing – Petition by the City of Dekalb for text amendments to Article 13 “Signs” and Article 18 “Appeals and Variances” of the Unified Development Ordinance.
