Kirkland home prices fall in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Kirkland fell by $96,295 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $78,705 - a 55% decrease over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Kirkland in March 2019.

The median sales tax in Kirkland for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,135, approximately 5.3% of the median home sale price for March 2020.
