Waterman home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Waterman rose by $6,100 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 4% increase over the $153,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Waterman in the first quarter of 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Waterman for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,076, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
