Cortland home prices rise in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Cortland rose by $9,000 while total sales decreased by 87.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $182,500 - a 5.2% increase over the $173,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Cortland in May 2019.
