Somonauk Community Unit School District No. 432 Board of Education Finance Committee met June 8.

The Finance Committee Meeting of the Board of Education, Somonauk Community Unit School District No. 432, was held in the Somonauk District Office and called to order at 6:03 p.m. on Monday, June 8th , 2020. The following members participated via Zoom: Nick Deacon, Tom Nielsen and Mike Short. Jay Streicher, Superintendent, was also present via Zoom.
The Committee discussed the bond refinancing. Bob from PMA participated via Zoom and gave a presentation about potential bond options. Bob will remind us of required documents that will occur after the bond sale is completed.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:48 p.m. On a voice vote, all members present voted “Aye”. Motion carried.
