08. OLD BUSINESS:

Permit Fees - Updating and consolidating the current fees to be in line with fees charged by B & F Construction Code Services.

Ratification of the appraisal contract with Jacobson and Associates. (Windhaven Subdivision Flooding)

The appointment of Steve Van Buren to the Zoning Board

The appointment of Frank Altmaier to the Planning Commission

The approval of a loan for $15,100.00 through Resource Bank for a generator for Public Works.

Regional Planning Commission Updates.

NEW BUSINESS CONTINUED:

Resolution 2020-01 a resolution for the appointment of and IMRF authorized agent.

Purchase of new battery for the Sensus Auto Read (Water meter reader) B & F Construction Code Services invoice number 53937, dated June 18, 2020 in the amount of $710.00 for Zoning Plan Review.

10. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION:

Enter into Executive Session under Subsection 21 of Section 2(c) of the Open Meeting Act for the discussion of minutes of meetings lawfully closed under this Act, Whether for purposes of the approval by the body of the minutes or semiannual review of the minutes as mandated by Section 2.06 of the Open Meetings Act.
