DeKalb home prices rise in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in DeKalb rose by $250 while total sales decreased by 35.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 0.2% increase over the $149,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in DeKalb in July 2019.

The median sales tax in DeKalb for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,868, approximately 3.2% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
