City of Sandwich Finance Committee met June 15.

Chairwoman Killey called the meeting to order at 8:52 PM via a live meeting in the City Hall Council Chambers.
Roll call was taken:
Present: Aldermen Dell, Killey & Kreinbrink
Also Present: Mayor Robinson & City Clerk Ii; WSPY Correspondent Jim Wyman
Review of Semi-Monthly Bills: Bills were reviewed to be submitted for payment approval at the Regular Meeting of June 22nd , 2020. Comment was made that reimbursements still reflect sales tax being charged. The City is tax exempt. General question was raised on the number of purchase orders for the Water Department. Because of COVID-19, City employees have not been installing water meters. This past week, staff has resumed installations.
Old Business: Finance Committee will hold a special meeting immediately following the Regular Council Meeting of June 22nd. Topic of discussion with be on proposed purchasing procedures.

Adjournment: There being no further business to come before the Committee, motion made by Alderman Kreinbrink, and seconded by Alderman Dell, to adjourn at 9:21 PM. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.
