CALL TO ORDER
The Personnel Committee meeting July 24, 2020, was called to order at 12:05 p.m. by Dr. Block, Chair.
ANNUAL PERFORMANCE REVIEW PROCESS FOR THE PHA
The Committee provided an overview of the process for evaluating the Public Health Administrator. The process included feedback from direct reports and the development of a selfevaluation that includes a summary of accomplishments from 2019 and goals for 2020-2021 review period. Information will be summarized in Executive Session.

ADJOURNMENT
On a motion by Lorraine Daly moved, seconded by Lizy Garcia, the Personnel Committee adjourned at 1:03 p.m. Motion carried.
