2. Ordinance 2020-11 Surplus Property: The 1999 John Deere 310SE was sold for $8,000.
3. Zoning Board of Appeals regular meeting on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at 6:30 pm in the City Hall Annex, 128 E. Railroad Street.
a. ZBA 2020-02 (731 E. Knights Road): The applicants Bob and Nadine Vehe request a variance to decrease the required lot line setback for a driveway from five feet to six inches.
