Village of Shabbona Tree Board – Horticulture Committee met Sept. 24.
Here is the agenda provided by the committee:
1. Open meeting
2. Roll Call
3. Request for additions to the agenda
4. OLD BUSINESS: Recap of past year and ongoing projects of the village. ITEP Streetscaping project report. Tree health report along with this falls tree maintenance schedule. Tree planting spring 2020 completed.
5. NEW BUSINESS: Tree City USA report. New potential projects discussions to have thoughts to present to the village board. Examples will be landscaping ideas to work with village on for potential future projects that we will discuss during this portion.
6. Finalize date for a winter meeting.
7. Adjournment.
