Committee Members Present: Marilyn Stromborg, Meghan Cook, Jane Smith, Jerry Helland

1. Call to Order
Dr. Stromborg called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.
2. Agenda Approval
Mr. Helland moved to approve the agenda; seconded by Dr. Stromborg. The motion passed unanimously on a voice vote.
3. September 2020 Claims Approval
The Finance Committee reviewed the September 2020 claims.
Mr. Helland moved to approve the September 2020 agency claims in the amount of $209,861.73; seconded by Dr. Stromborg. The motion passed unanimously on a roll call vote.
Dr. Stromborg moved to approve the September 2020 office claims in the amount of $4,203.10; seconded by Ms. Cook. The motion passed unanimously on a roll call vote.
4. Date of Next Meeting: 10/6/20
5. Adjournment
Dr. Stromborg moved to adjourn the meeting at 4:35 pm; seconded by Ms. Cook. The motion passed unanimously on a voice vote.
