1. 2020 Brush Pickup Program: The 2020 Brush Pickup Program ends in October.
The last pickup in each ward is as follows.
Monday, October 19: Ward 3

2. 2020 Leaf Vacuuming – Tentative schedule of October 26 – November 25.
3. Latham Street – Center to Sandhurst Reconstruction Project 20-00046-00-FP:
a. KKCOM was able to increase the available STP funding for the project to the full requested amount: $97,500 for construction engineering and $204,500 for construction. Use of the STP funds requires that the project is advertised for bid no later than September 21, 2021.
b. Discussion of the Hampton, Lenzini and Renwick Inc. Phase II engineering services agreement.
4. Duvick Avenue/Church Street Traffic Signal Improvement – Video Detection:
a. Discussion of the Hampton, Lenzini and Renwick Inc. Phase II/Phase III engineering services agreement.
5. Discussion of new wheel loader purchase for Public Works. Intent would be to purchase the wheel loader using water reserve and sewer reserve funds at a 50/50 split.
