a. Resolution FP-R2020-05: Award Resolution for Great Western Trail Culvert Replacement Project. The DeKalb County Forest Preserve District Commissioners do hereby award the lowest bid meeting specifications to Alliance Construction of Woodstock, Illinois for the replacement of a 100-year-old former railroad culvert under the Great Western Trail in the total amount of $77,709.00. Committee Action: Moved by Mr. Porterfield, seconded by Mr. Hughes and approved unanimously by roll call vote.
b. Ordinance FP-O2020-01: Adoption of the Property Tax Levy for FY2021. The DeKalb County Forest Preserve District Commissioners hereby approves to levy upon all the taxable property within DeKalb County, as assessed, for the calendar year beginning January 1, 2020 and ending December31, 2020, and to be collected for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2021 and ending December 31, 2021, in the total amount of $1,696,000. Committee Action: Moved by Mr. Porterfield, seconded by Mr. Roman and approved unanimously by roll call vote.
c. Ordinance FP-O2020-02: Annual Appropriation for FY 2021. The DeKalb County Forest Preserve District Commissioners hereby adopt the Forest Preserve District’s Annual Appropriation Ordinance for the fiscal year starting January 1, 2021 and ending December 31, 2021, in the total amount of$1,827,000. Committee Action: Moved by Mr. Porterfield, seconded by Mr. Roman and approved unanimously by roll call vote.
d. Claims to be Paid in November 2020: Move to approve the payment of claims for this month, and the off-cycle claims paid during the previous month, including all claims for travel, meals, and lodging, in the amount of $205,864.79.
