(1) Zoning Board of Appeals regular meeting scheduled for Tuesday, January 26, 2021 has been canceled.
(2) Solar Array Project for the Wastewater Treatment Facility – Keystone Power Holdings, LLC
a. Letter of Intent – Request authorization for the Mayor to sign the letter of intent to exclusively negotiate with Keystone for a minimum period of 180 days and act in good faith in an attempt to negotiate a power purchase agreement.
(3) Main Street – Center to 2nd Street Sidewalk and Street Light Replacement
a. Engineering Services Agreement- Request authorization for the Mayor to sign the engineering services agreement with Hampton, Lenzini and Renwick, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $50,115.00. Project will be submitted for use of the Rebuild Illinois funds.
