The second half of 2020: Home prices in DeKalb increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in DeKalb rose by $19,900 while total sales increased by 8.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 301 homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,900 - a 14.2% increase over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 277 homes sold in DeKalb in the second half of 2019.
