Waterman median home prices rose by 19.3% in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Waterman rose by $34,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 18 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $213,000 - a 19.3% increase over the $178,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Waterman in the second half of 2019, as well.
