Kingston home prices rose in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Kingston rose by $32,000 while total sales increased by 3.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $219,000 - a 17.1% increase over the $187,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Kingston in the second half of 2019.
