Waterman home prices fell in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Waterman fell by $16,250 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $143,750 - a 10.2% decrease over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Waterman in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Waterman for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,210, approximately 2.9% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
