What happened to the median home price in Sycamore during the first quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Sycamore fell by $11,000 while total sales decreased by 37.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $163,000 - a 6.3% decrease over the $174,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Sycamore in the first quarter of 2020.
