Median home prices in Genoa rose to $187,800 in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Genoa rose by $30,800 while total sales decreased by 60.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $187,800 - a 19.6% increase over the $157,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Genoa in the first quarter of 2020.
