Kingston median home prices fell by 2.2% in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Kingston fell by $4,800 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,450 - a 2.2% decrease over the $215,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Kingston in the first quarter of 2020.
