The first quarter of 2021: Home prices in Maple Park (DeKalb County) increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Maple Park in DeKalb County rose by $265,348 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $482,848 - a 122% increase over the $217,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Maple Park in the first quarter of 2020.
