City seeking Part-Time Forester:
The City of Genoa is seeking a Part-Time Forester. The City Forester will be responsible for maintenance and management of all public trees which includes managing pruning, removal, planting, and restoration in prairie open lands, parkways, and throughout the City's trail system. The City Forester will also be responsible for responding to Resident service requests, maintaining the City's tree inventory, conducting field inspections, and also working with residents and regulatory agencies.
