1. Zoning Board of Appeals regular meeting scheduled for 6:30 pm on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at the City Hall Annex Building, 128 E. Railroad Street, Sandwich, IL 60548.

a. ZBA 2021-02 (213 E. Bender Street): The applicant John Ferrario Sr requests a variance to allow a 4’-6” tall fence in a front yard that by ordinance only allows a 3’-0” tall, open type fence.

2. 2021 Brush Pickup Program: Monday, April 26th - Ward 4

3. Hydrant flushing to begin on Monday, April 26th and last through Thursday, April 29th. It is expected that the hydrant flushing will begin by 8:00 a.m. and end by 4:00 p.m. each day.

4. Traffic Signal Master Agreement between the City of Sandwich and IDOT – Request a motion to authorize the Mayor to sign the traffic signal agreement. The agreement defines the maintenance responsibilities and the allocation of maintenance expenses of the eight signalized intersections within the City of Sandwich. Agreement term is July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2031.

5. 2021 Crack Routing and Filling through DeKalb County Highway Department: Work is scheduled to be completed by May 14th. Start date is forthcoming; yard signs will be placed by the contractor.
