Sycamore median home prices fell by 98.5% in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Sycamore fell by $182,208 while total sales decreased by 96.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,792 - a 98.5% decrease over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 82 homes sold in Sycamore in the second quarter of 2020.
