City of Sycamore City Council Met May 19.

ROLL CALL
Mayor Braser called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. and City Clerk Mary Kalk called the roll. Those Alderpersons present were: Chuck Stowe, David Stouffer, Alan Bauer, Nancy Copple, Jeff Fishcer, Josh Huseman, Pete Paulsen, and Virginia Sherrod. Acting City Manager and Director of Human and Administrative Resources, Maggie Peck was present and City Attorney Keith Foster arrived at 5:25 pm.

MOTION
Alderperson Huseman motioned to approve the agenda and Alderperson Stouffer seconded the motion.
ROLL CALL VOTE
Mayor Braser called for a roll call vote to approve the motion. Alderpersons Stowe, Stouffer, Bauer, Copple, Fischer, Huseman, Paulsen, and Sherrod voted aye. Motion carried 8-0.

Alderperson Stouffer motioned to enter into Closed Session at 4:03 p.m. and Alderperson Sherrod seconded the motion.
ROLL CALL VOTE
Mayor Braser called for a roll call vote to approve the motion. Alderpersons Stowe, Stouffer, Bauer, Copple, Fischer, Huseman, Paulsen, and Sherrod voted aye. Motion carried 8-0.
MOTION
Alderperson Stowe motioned to approve enter back into Open Session at 6:21 p.m. and Alderperson Paulsen seconded the motion.
ROLL CALL VOTE
Mayor Braser called for a roll call vote to approve the motion. Alderpersons Stowe, Stouffer, Bauer, Copple, Fischer, Huseman, Paulsen, and Sherrod voted aye. Motion carried 8-0.
