a. Ordinance 2021-10 entitled “An Ordinance Amending Chapter 82 ‘Traffic and Vehicles’ Article II “Operation of Vehicles’, Division 3 ‘Through, One-Way and Yield Streets; Stop Intersections’, Sections 82-81 ‘Stop Streets’ and 82-82 ‘Yield of Right-of-Way’ of the municipal Code in the City of Sandwich” presented for first reading. By Ordinance approval, a stop sign will be erected at the intersection of Joles and 2nd Streets. Council reserves the right to waive first reading.
b. Ordinance 2021-11 entitled “An Ordinance Concerning the Rezoning of the Property at 2600 E. Church Street From ‘B-3’ Service, Automotive, and Wholesale Business District to ‘M-2’ General Manufacturing District in the City of Sandwich, Illinois” presented for first reading. Council reserves the right to waive first reading.
