b. Approval of Committee-of-the-Whole Meeting Minutes of September 7, 2021

c. Approval of the July, 2021 Treasurer’s Report & Financials

d. Approval of September bills totaling $ 724,604.21

Mayor’s Report: Todd Latham

a. Ordinance 2021-13 entitled “An Ordinance Amending Chapter 98, Zoning, Article V, Supplemental Regulations, Section 98, of the City of Sandwich Municipal Code” regarding outdoor dining presented for third reading. Council reserves the right to waive additional readings and vote to pass Ordinance 2021-13.

b. Motion to waive the 2021 application fees as outlined in Ordinance 2021-13 for Outdoor Dining in the event Council chooses to adopt Ordinance 2021-13 as presented.

c. Request for Taste of Sandwich financial assistance not to exceed $1,200.00 for the September 2021 event.

d. Motion to approve first contract installment payment to Harbor Contractors in the amount of $170,487.45 drawn from budget line item #010.0107.90.6800
