Kirkland median home prices fell by 1.8% in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Kirkland fell by $3,500 while total sales increased by 166.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $187,500 - a 1.8% decrease over the $191,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Kirkland in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Kirkland for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,363, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
