The third quarter of 2021: Malta experienced a 36.4% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Malta fell by $60,000 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 36.4% decrease over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Malta in the third quarter of 2020.
