The third quarter of 2021: Home prices in Hinckley increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Hinckley rose by $75,000 while total sales decreased by 53.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 37.5% increase over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Hinckley in the third quarter of 2020.
