a. Resolution FP-R2021-05: Authorizing an Agreement with the Region 5 Association of Snowmobile Clubs. The DeKalb County Forest Preserve District Commissioners do hereby approve to enter into a Use Agreement with the Clubs of Region 5 Association Snowmobile Club for marking, maintaining, and operating snowmobile trails in a section of the Great Western Trail in DeKalb County and further authorizes and directs the President of the Commission to sign said Agreement on behalf of the District in accordance with its terms. Moved by Mr. Hughes, seconded by Ms. Mann-Lamb and approved unanimously.
b. Resolution FP-R2021-06: Award Resolution for the Russell Woods Bridge Replacement Project. The DeKalb County Forest Preserve District Commissioners do hereby approve the lowest bid meeting specifications to Martin & Company Excavating of Oregon, Illinois for provisions of replacing the 60-year-old footbridge across the Kishwaukee River at Russell Woods Forest Preserve in the total amount of $263,752.80. Moved by Ms. Cozad, seconded by Ms. Mann-Lamb and approved unanimously.
c. Claims to be Paid in October 2021: Move to approve the payment of claims for this month, and the off-cycle claims paid during the previous month, including all claims for travel, meals, and lodging, in the amount of $____________.
