Median home prices in DeKalb fell to $150,000 in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in DeKalb fell by $6,500 while total sales decreased by 81.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 4.2% decrease over the $156,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 148 homes sold in DeKalb in the fourth quarter of 2020.
