The second half of 2021: Kirkland experienced a 25.1% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Kirkland fell by $50,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $151,000 - a 25.1% decrease over the $201,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Kirkland in the second half of 2020.
