Cortland median home prices rose by 2.2% in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Cortland rose by $4,000 while total sales decreased by 94.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $186,000 - a 2.2% increase over the $182,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Cortland in the second half of 2020.
