Sycamore home prices rose in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Sycamore rose by $4,500 while total sales decreased by 57.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 98 homes sold, with a median sale price of $212,500 - a 2.2% increase over the $208,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 229 homes sold in Sycamore in the second half of 2020.
