The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $4,707.68, 1.74% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, three properties sold in Cortland.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Clarence E. Divine has been registered to vote since 1994 and has voted in at least four primary elections, records show, including three Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 33 W. Amber Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Maxine Charlene Divine, and Clarence E. Divine.
