On March 17, Jose and Etni Santana purchased a home at 676 S. Elizabeth St., Maple Park from Robert G. and Ingrid B. Rowlett for $240,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $4,356.76. This is 1.82% of the sale price of the home.

This property is the only sale in Maple Park so far in March 2022 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Robert G. Rowlett has been registered to vote since 2016. Ingrid B. Rowlett has been registered to vote since 2005 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
