The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in DeKalb fell by $29,000 while total sales decreased by 82.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,500 - a 18.6% decrease over the $155,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 90 homes sold in DeKalb in the first quarter of 2021.
